** Life's a Beach**

What a wonderful sight it was to see a sea of red t shirts and hoodies on the prom. GoodGym is Back!

It was great to welcome Helen today. It was lovely that Helen chose such a stunner of a morning.Hopefully the first of many meetings that she will bring the sunshine to!

With the rest of the intrepid team members comprising of Barbara, Paula, Daisy, Jay and Katharine, Ros and Steve, we split into 2 groups. 3 of us cleared and weeded our new flower bed number 34 whist the rest headed off on a beach clean.

Surprisingly, and encouragingly, there was very little rubbish on the beach but lots of cigarette butts along the prom. The flower bed is now ready for a deep dig over plus some potting compost and water before we top off the bed with some colour

Paula also located a tap nearby and Barbara didn't quite manage to dodge a photo so all is good!

Remember to sign up for your next task :)
