On a Bank Holiday Mon we set off from The Showroom to meet the FANTASTIC Jess of REGATHER & Common Thread fame to help REGATHER with a big steaming pile of wood chip that needed spreading around Club Garden a lovely community space used for and by the community.

On arrival Jess talked us through the task options for the evening and got us tooled up with rakes and gloves.

Filmon and Tom got straight into the big steaming pile of wood chip and spread it far and wide to ensure the surrounding trees and soil were feeling equally loved and nourished!

Annie got to clearing one of the planted areas and Jess was on with various tasks including litter picking, sweeping and wood chip donut creation around the trees.

After a descent session the area was looking a lot better for some GG love. We packed down and made our ways home under a very threatening looking raincloud which just about stayed away.

Until next time, happy running :)
