500 leaflets. Was that a lot? We weren't really sure. Turns out, when every house is set back off the road and behind latched gates- it is a lot! None the less, we did as much as we could within the hour, exploring cul-de-sacs and counting cats. Hopefully a few more people in the area are aware of FoodCycle now, and we'll go back to dish out the rest of the leaflets another day.

We serve weekly FREE community meals to ANYONE who would like to join us.

We turn food that would otherwise be wasted into healthy, nutritious three course meals that are offered to the community completely for free every week. No booking needed, no questions asked, just turn up on the day and enjoy a free meal with your community, whilst also having a great environmental benefit by saving food from going into landfill. We aim to reduce food waste, food poverty and social isolation and loneliness, whilst bringing communities together and helping mental health.
