A lot was crammed into my shopping visit to the lovely Ms Y’s today - bread and tea bags from the Sainsbury’s by the station, a trip to Mr Chips to get chicken and chips for her lunch, the usual items at the Co-Op, a 90 year old birthday card and taping up some trip hazards on her hall carpet. As well as swapping Christmas presents and Bruce Forsyth catchphrases.
