It was a glorious day of sunshine at Gladstone Park - Hassan and Ivo talked to loads of Brent People about all the GoodGym stuff that's been going on. We met the Leader of the Council, some up and coming personal trainers, loads of new runners and ate ice cream and jerked chicken. A very nice Sunday. Look forward to seeing everyone soon.
