7 strong GoodGymers hammered 60 minutes of Running fitness action in Camden.
After a super hamstring and glute activating warm up we got down to business working really hard on our linear and lateral lower body stability. Progressing, regressing and adapting each drill for maximum impact we worked powerfully but controlled on every take off and landing. Working our way up to a speedy finish running off the back of some perfectly controlled bounds.
An extended warm down and stretch out eased our bodies back to relaxed mode.
Thanks everyone for coming along, hope you all enjoyed the sessions!
I will be off to Clapham Common in September for the next block of session and plan to be back in Camden in November.
