7 Fitness seeking GoodGymers dominated 60 minutes of Running specific fitness in Clapham.
Battling the fading light we got straight to action with a full body dynamic warm up! Activating and mobilising every muscle and joint in sight!
Getting stuck into our running technique drills to develop a strong, efficient, powerful and linear running style so we can all get the most enjoyment out of our running.
Really keying in on our body position, core engagement, and stride shape we really moved the needle on our running form scale.
Great to see so many hugely positive adjustments and the efficiency, speed gains from it!!
With the light leaving we hit 8 minutes of continuous relays tweaking minor areas on each reps.
Finishing the evening off with 20 minutes of running specific circuits to get us in prime condition to make a running leap forward!!
