7 Fitness 4 All heroes smashed 60 minutes of Running focused fitness in Tower Hamlets.
The last in the month long block in Bethnal Green before Fitness 4 All moves to Elephant & Castle brought a few new faces to the party! Setting off with some balance provoking dynamic stretches and running drills really focusing on getting into ideal body position and running form. Keys to success where knee drive and really snapping our feet back to the floor to gain maximum power from each stride.
Working hard with the Speed padding on our foot quickness and developing our coordination we smashed out 20 minutes of plyometric running drills and super speedy running accelerations!
With the final forward lean adjustments in place we finished the running for the evening with our fastest, smoothest and best executed running accelerations!!
A short rest led us to the strength and conditioning for the session. A few short sets to get our eye in before we went ballistic with 20/20/20 of jump lunges, calf hops and jump squats! Two sets of that before a Static squat stand off. With our legs singing we rounded off a great session with some top planking! Moving between from and side planks to really work out core.
A few stretches a round of applause and we were done!
