16 brilliant athletes dominated the last session with Mencap Bromley. Working really hard on animal impersonation shuttles and the always competitive cone games.

The final session with Bromley Mencap with a great group who have been brilliant every week! After a train style warm up around the hall to get those joints loose, heart rates up and brush up on our dancing moves. We got into our animal impression shuttles, eagle's, bunny's, fish and chicken's were a few of the favourite shuttles.

Splitting into cone coloured teams we got competitive and loud hiding, flipping and chasing cones a couple of great wins for Team White and Team Yellow.

Returning to the train to cool down and a series of stretches rounded off a great session and brilliant block of sessions in Bromley! Hope to be back again soon!
