Becca and I went to help GROAD (Get Rid Of And Donate) by manning their donation point at the Edward Alleyn Club on Sunday. We joined Kathryn, who is a regular volunteer there. She gave us a pep talk and talked us through the different donations that we could and couldn't receive. Unfortunately we didn't get many chances to practice this since we didn't get many visitors! At least we had good company in each other and we sorted through the donations that we did receive.

We managed to get carried away and stayed beyond the end of the session! So we ended in a flurry and with a quick tidy, before heading off to our respective roast/dinner/cake - yum!
