A delight to join Toby on his first older person mission, although it difficult to determine who was the mission veteran here as Toby had come very well equipped with gloves, secateurs and a rather handy cement trowel which proved very effective at weeding in those hard to get places.

Whereas yours truly was attempting to cut back some brambles directly overhead which then dropped down onto my head which was missing its usual cap - d’oh!! A right old tangle!

Toby did a great job of clearing the pathway of weeds, whilst I was cutting back the tall grass and weeds on one side of the back garden and then managed to clear most of the front yard whilst I finished off the weeding and bagging along the side path.

Still more to do here but Mrs S was delighted with our efforts and now has safer access along the paths around her house 😊
