One GoodGymer made her way to Holy Trinity Church to help with clearing out. There was a lot to do in helping to de-clutter and shed years of accumulated items and objects.

Having watched 'Sort Your Life Out' on tv the night before in preparation, this GGer channeled her inner Stacey Solomon and went in with a minimal mindset.

From children's toys, craft activities to kitchen equipmen and moret, it all went through a rigorous process: three piles were created in the church hall to Keep, Sell and Donate / Recycle back into the local community. Reverend Susan Allison was on hand to keep everyone on track, encourage, offer up tea and cake and ensure only what was needed was kept.

There is more to do so GoodGym will be back!
