It was suns out guns out for @GGSHEFF on a brisk but sunny lunchtime on Wed we met for a lunchtime PLOG with University of Sheffield Journalism students running with us doing a piece on PLOGGING which is seemingly catching the attention of many!

We handed out gloves and bags, kindly supplied by Stuart of Runners against Rubbish who joined us to prove that 'binners are winners'

On a brief lunchtime loop we proved that @GGSHEFF most definitely had the bottle for the task and that plastic is most definitely not fantastic when it's thrown down, we even found some tin for the win on our travels.

During the PLOG we even managed to get in a pass over the 'bridge of death', some impressive box jumps and some stair sprints up to the top of the world where we were rewarded with a fantastic panoramic of Sheffield.

Thanks to all the came down, hope to share the results of the Journalism students shortly.
