This week 6 GoodGym-ers ran 2km to little pick and Hollyhock chop Tottenham Green.

We were joined by GG newbie Anna - give her a cheer!

The evening started with a quick warm up, including the Burpee Name Game, before heading off on our little loop around the block.

Cathy was my trusty back-marker. I was going to take the 1km loop, but everybody voted for the longer version at the splitting point, we we went back and around to double our distance.

Laura was waiting for us at the Green. We collected our tools and walked over to the playground across the road. We split into teams, collecting little and cutting and hollyhocks.

One team found the remains of a bike lock, from one of those yellow app bikes.

Two gentlemen sat by the playground started vaping something very fruity, blowing big puffs of smoke into the air.

We soon finished our task, packed our tools and climbed onto the net for a photo.

As we returned our tools, Cathy and Sarah came up with this week's pun.

Julie said her goodbyes to double down on the exercise with a two-hour roller derby sesh, whilst the rest of us played some games and practiced some running drills.

We then headed back to base for stretches, recipes, anti-diet culture and feminism.

Good stuff!

Next week is Halloween and I'm expecting costumes.
