7 runners ran 3k to deliver flyers for Haringey Has Pride

Fresh from her 100 deeds in 8 months! Liz came to Haringey to do a bit of Tourism. Julie has her second coach run tomorrow. It's great to see all good getting done!

We started with Dave's patented running in circles warm-up and a quick name and burpees game. Some great form from those doing a full burpee, and some top star jumps from those with injuries.

We threw in a quick one k loop to keep the warm up going, and then retraced our steps round the "circus" (roundabout with houses on), but this time with flyers.

We split up and reformed several times, and nearly ran out of flyers. We may well have done if we hadn't kept running into super cute and affectionate kitties.

Once we'd got back to Tottenham Green, Pennie's power focused drills were vetoed. Instead we did some work on arm drives (elbows in, drive back, and don't cross the body). And a little bit of thought on leg speed vrs stride length.

Join us next week, when we'll be heading out for Pizza after our run!
