4 GoodGym runners ventured out from lockdown on a cool November evening to meet at The Nest Project - an important local charity supporting young children and their families in BANES.

Last month, the Nest started a pledge for donations of Christmas boxes for distributing to families in need via children's centres in Bath. The team were so pleased to receive over 400 boxes thoughtfully decorated and filled with gifts and essentials for different groups of children and mums-to-be. It was amazing see the huge piles of festive boxes filling up the office - a wonderful example of the kindness of strangers!

Our GoodGym team worked hard to help organise all of the boxes with our host, Vix, ready for distributing. It certainly left us feeing a bit festive as we all headed our separate ways 50 minutes later with our flashing running gear! Officially Santa's helpers? I think so!
