After a day of rain and clouds we were treated to a beautiful evening to make our way to Chingford by running and cycling.

We were asked to clear and tidy the entrances to the hall as they were looking rather unwelcoming.

We were also joint by regular volunteers and together we got to snipping lots of overgrown branches and ivies to free the gate at the back and also weeded and tidied the flower borders at the front of the building!

With all the pollen and dust a few of goodgymmers got a bit sneeze from hayfever but like real troopers we carried on:)

The group are struggling to keep the growth in the grounds under control.
