This week's group run was set yo involve some gardening and maintenance for the Warwick Sea Scouts but unfortunately the weather had some other plans. Hazel let us know that it would be best to keep the gardening gloves away this week so it was time on feet for us this evening.

The last minute snow meant a quick interval session in St Nick's park instead with a short lap cool down. Fortunately we've been able to reschedule for next week so if you are still up for some light gardening, don't forget to sign up!
