Mr S has a smart TV but as described no internet connection. Discussed possibilities including adding a broadband connection to his current phone plan with BT or going with another provider. He would also like to start a netflix subscription.

Mr S will discuss with BT, and will get back in touch with Age UK when he is ready to take next steps re: setting up internet and smart TV and downloading requested apps.
