The four of us assembled outside of Brondesbury Park overground station, ready to get stuck in watering the community garden. While this location was a first for all of us, for half the group it was excitingly their first GoodGym mission ever - congratulations to Josie and Lucy!

While we didn't have an auspicious start when we couldn't locate the local contact who was due to meet us, once that had been resolved we got stuck in. The community garden had recently had a fresh load of compost put in place and was in great need of a thorough watering. We split up between the stretches of garden on either platform and got to work with watering cans and for the lucky side, even a hose. The onset of rain brought an end to our efforts (many thanks to the weather for carrying on the mission) and the garden's community engagement officer thanked us for our help.

This was a fun and simple mission to take part in, with regular sessions on Mondays (and possibly Thursdays too). I'd thoroughly recommend it to other GoodGym runners on this side of London :-)

They've been untagged from the mission somehow, until that's fixed this is just to note that Josie Spong and Lucie Horitz took part too!

Amazing stuff everyone and sorry for the 'meeting kyle fiasco'! Thanks for the report and well done Josie and Lucy!
