Join us to jog around the 6 new creative installations across Bristol City Centre, from a street game involving self driving cars, to visiting an interactive sound installation celebrating Bristol's Somali community.
Possibility to have a walking group and a jogging group if enough interest. :)
I have calculated that the route is about 3.3miles (5.3km) long and would hazard a guess that jogging round all the exhibitions will take about 1.5 hours - or 2 hours if walking (allowing time to experience them!), then we can stop for food/drink afterwards. I will aim to book somewhere for said food/drink once I have an idea of numbers.
What is Playable Cities?
Watershed have commissioned teams to create new innovative prototypes that push creative boundaries. The commissioned projects place play at the heart of the city, sparking imagination and conversation about inclusion, sustainability, surveillance and the future of cities.
The early stage prototypes will be open to the public between 3 -9 July 2023 across six Bristol locations.
See all the projects we'll be discovering here: https://www.playablecity.com/programmes/playable-city-sandbox-2023/
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

Sorry to have to cancel crew! Just found out that most of these playable city exhibitions are not actually open in the evening! This was not the case in previous year's hence why I assumed we'd be ok. :(
Comments are a good place to ask any questions you may have about the session.
