All new to the Great GoodGym family is Fitness 4 All running based fitness sessions.
The sessions are to either help new runners get fit so they feel confident in their physical preparation to come to one of the many amazing GoodGym Group runs or runners who want a fun filled fitness session to improve their running technique and all around physical conditioning.
We will meet next in the middle of Lincon's Inn fields at 5:45 for a 6pm start of 60 minutes of fitness fun! Please come ready to run as there is no secure bag storage!
