Come to multi task with us as we plog and leaflet in Byker to let people know about GoodGym Newcastle.
Run, walk or cycle with us for this session, suitable for all including beginners. There is an optional fitness session at the end for anyone who fancies it.
Meet at Stepney Bank Stables where it's free to park, use toilets and leave bags securely.
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Newcastle runner by email at richardborrowdale@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 3km and 4km in total.
Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
