About this session
Ms L would like technology support as she said she finds it difficult to understand technology. She needs to upload a couple of documents to a website but she is not sure how to go about doing this. She has a smartphone and has all the files ready as well as the link for the website, she just needs a bit of explanation of what buttons to click to choose the files and complete the upload.
She is very keen to understand the process of uploading documents in general, so she can do similar tasks by herself in the future. She said she's not sure she understands what uploading is. The task should not require looking at the details of the documents, just providing the tech support to upload them, Ms L would be grateful for the help.
