Supportability, a local charity organisation in Stockport have requested support to marshall the Tour De Manc race. It is a fabulous event and a great way to support our local charities.

Role Outline This role is part of a number or roles you may be performing on the day. Please arrive on time and dress for the conditions. This is an outdoor role ! Ensure you have read the Volunteers joining instructions. This role requires you to operate the finish area. Riders will start crossing the finish at around 12:30hrs onwards. You will reconfigure the starting gates/cones into a single rider finish funnel You will remove the start signs and sign the dismount / finish signage. Your team leader will provide you with the signage plan.When riders return, you will ask riders to dismount and stay covid safe Using a PA system, you will remind riders to stay socially distance and direct them in the direction of the medals and photos area .
