38 runners did a massive sort out at Vauxhall Foodbank and some people got a bit lost on the way home but it's all fine now guys. We chose our entry name for the Lambeth Country Show. Oh and John took some SWEET photos

We had LOADS of wonderful new runners last night and the sun was shining in their honour. We had the mega Ana, the new trainer for Wandsworth, leading the intro speech and backmarking the run. She also took some fitness sessions outside in the lovely sun, where there was also a film about to start on a big screen. We were the pre-show entertainment, that's for sure.

Vauxhall Foodbank is a regular haunt of ours, and it was 2 miles there, 2 miles back. They had a large Tesco delivery and the team set about sorting and weighing it like no woman's business. The scores are not yet in, but the final weight will be reported back via Twitter.

Tuesday night was also the night where Lambeth made a big decision: what should be the name of the scarecrow we enter into the Lambeth Country Show? We had some great options, with Linseed Christie, Crow Farah, GoodGymford Christie, and Paula Radishcliff almost making the cut. However, the winner is: Lord Sebastian Crow! We now have to enter and see if we can present the scarecrow for competition next weekend!

I still think Jonathan Shedwards is the clear favourite. Said Tom Benson

And finally, big ups to Jay and Emma for joining the 100 and 50 clubs respectively. They are both a huge part of the Lambeth community and we love them. Give 'em a cheer!
