Our friends at the Arsenal Community Hub on Benwell Road (aka the start point for our Goodgym group runs) have offered the Goodgym community 20 free entries to the upcoming Adidas City Run: Islington event.

The race is set on a 1 mile loop course around the Drayton Park and the Emirates Stadium itself- flat and fast, with loads of spectator cheer points (music and DJs too!). The objective is to cover as much distance as possible within a 1 hour time limit.

The event village opens up at 7am, but the race will operate wave starts from 8am onwards. You are welcome to run at a wave start that suits you (depending on availability).

Please sign up here if you are interested in the free community place- an code will be posted to you once we have 20 names.

If we run out of sign-ups, please feel free to comment below, and you will be added to a reserve list, in case any tickets become available again.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
