Some new resources for the children to enjoy
If you're new to GoodGym or to our group in Newham, for our Group Runs we meet just inside the entrance to the Aquatics Centre at 18:45 - just look out for anyone in a red t-shirt and come and say hello. We love to meet new people! You're welcome to run at whatever pace you feel comfortable and there are always back markers to make sure no one is left behind.
There are toilets at the Aquatics Centre, but currently no bag drop facilities.
The run from the Aquatics Centre to the task at Emmanuel Church is about 2 miles each way.
You're also welcome to meet us at the task - we should be there by 19:15 and the address is
Plaistow Primary Junction Road Newham, London E13 9DQ

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
