What day is it? Pews-day of course!

We had a top team today for a session at Mottingham Community Garden behind St Ed's church.

To me, to pew

First up, Neal wanted us to move an old pew around the other side of the garden, so we shimmied and shuffled it around many corners, ably navigated by Mina!

Once that was in place, Mina and Marcia did some clearing up a Christmas crib which was made out of recyclable materials but was all over the grass...

Rich, Paul and I got going on some "wildflower clearing" - Neal isn't a fan of the word weeding as the things that we negatively describe as weeds are actually very useful and only tend to pop up where there are no other plants growing. Seems logical!

Marcia and Mina joined for some "wildflower clearing" 😉 after that.

Nicely done everyone! Hope to see you at another session soon.
