Mr P had a short shopping list he needed delivered from a nearby Co-op. After I delivered the groceries he wanted to show appreciation and offered to give me a pound, which I obviously declined but found it to be a very nice gesture. This gesture brought back sweet memories from 1995 in Amman Jordan; when me and my friends used to help out the elderly in our neighbourhood with shopping and in return they would give us some coins to buy candy. Happy to help out Mr P whenever he needs it.
