5 GoodGymers dominated 60 minutes of Running Fitness in Camden.
Great to get Fitness 4 All 2018 up and literally running!!
This week was all about knee drive and from the warm up to the drills and key focuses on our running reps we really dialed into getting our knee drive into as efficient and powerful a position as possible.
Flicking between running drills, strength and conditioning exercises and running 200 metre laps we got a lot of high quality work in tonight, really well done everyone!!
Next week we will have a focus on nailing our optimal running posture so get yourself along to hone your running form!!
Big Shout out to Jess for a great first GoodGym session, hope the first of many and look forward to seeing your progress.
