4 GoodGymers cracked up the pace in a pace controlled Fitness 4 All Islington.
Bit of rain didn’t put our athletes off this evening!! Pacing was the name of the game this evening! One of Running greatest challenges was tackled head on!
After a gradual dynamic warm up where we activated and mobilised all the key running muscles, and joints we got to work around the 708 metre circumference of the Emirates Stadium!
Having a mix of running a full lap as close to an exact time as possible and High Five and return at 7 out of 10 on the way out then 8 our if 10 on the return.
Great effort from everyone really listening to your body and producing some to the second perfect reps!
With upwards of 5k being covered during the session really flirting with our lactate turn points we will have really increased the fitness this evening!
