Six fitness filled GoodGymers worked their way to success with a top Fitness 4 All Sesion in Kennington!
This weeks session was all about Quick ground contact time then translating it to a lovely forward lean running technique! We got warm and more than stayed warm with a series of powerful running form drills all designed to really get us working with a foot contact under our bodies and popping back up quick smart.
Adding in a range of coordination and agility drills using the speed ladder and even throwing in a 5 minute burst of plyometric action. We then ramped up the pace with blocks of perfectly forward learning 80 metre accelerations to round off a high energy, running form developing Fitness 4 All session!
