8 Fitness Focused GoodGymers smashed 60 minutes of epic fitness fun in Vauxhall.
The night the light went out or didn’t come on!! Threw a spanner in the works slightly but we adapted and got some top quality strength and running form drills in.
After a mobility enticing warm up we got going with a variety of core and balance exercises to sharpen the body and mind. Then we started to get our lower body conditioned in a big way!! Hamstrings, glutes, calfs and quads all getting a serious workout!! Some high knee step ups with ultra slow controlled downward motion to really work out upper legs, core and balance skills!
With our legs throughly worked over we turned our attention to running drills!! Nailing ideal form and control While working hard to develop short ground contact time and knee drive!!
With a few minutes to spare got 4minutes of great distraction planks combining shoulder tapping and press upping!
Tough session!! Well done and hope to see you next week for last in Vauxhall!!
