3 Bouncing GoodGymers dominated 60 minutes of form focused running fitness in Vauxhall.
Let’s just say it was not a warm evening!! But undeterred 3 of GoodGyms finest got down to some focused running fitness!
Starting the session by trying activate the key running muscles focused on getting our core engaged in the magical forward lean.
With our arms swinging at perfect right angles and in poetic rhythm we moved onto a range of skipping drills working on knee drive, landing under our bodies while maintaining an ideal forward lean.
Cleaning up a little lateral movement using the lines for guidance before warming the body and raising our breathing rate with a quick circuit.
With us primed to unleash some speed we dropped in 5 forward leaning fast bursts of speed to light up the dark playground.
Plyometric jumping and a tough strength circuit rounded out a seriously impressive evening of Running Fitness action!!
