Another Saturday at Hervey Road sports ground so another recipe.

To make upside down caked: set the temperature to that of the late morning sunshine; take one Good Gymer and the aforementioned sports ground and direct the Good Gymer to a patch of grass growing from hard, caked mud; dig the mud up; and invert the caked lump of mud so the the grass is now buried.

This was a lovely mission and it was amazing how much difference a week can make to the consistency of the digging and the nature of how the grass is dealt with. Annie, Richard and the gang are super-friendly and need Good Gym help for the next few weeks so this is a great opportunity to get a bit fitter in spring sunshine.
