This week in our virtual fitness session we tackled another Tabata session - doing an intense burst of exercise for 20 second and then resting for 10 seconds repeatedly.
We did 5 big sets this week with 4 exercises in each. The first 4 sets worked different areas of the body (cardio, chest/arms, legs and core) and then the final one was a 'burn' set where we worked each of those different areas one more time to exhaustion.
This was a brand new combination of exercises this week and my favourite was the 'narrow push up/superman' combination in the chest section. What was your favourite? Let us know by commenting below!
