Date and time
08:30 - 11:30GGHaringey's Gramps has been up to his old tricks and has put together a new "race" to help us all clock up some mileage for the January Challenge.
Join us on Sunday 29th January as we run together to hit the highest point in seven different North London boroughs - source so you don't shout at Gramps
Hackney
Tower Hamlets
City Of London
Westmister
Camden
Haringey
Islington
Rather than a half marathon, please view this as four consecutive 5ks so if you'd rather just do one or a couple of the legs, let me know in the comments below or by email and I can send you the approximate timings and meetings points.
We'll aim to wrap up the run in about 2:30/3 hours - including a 3 rest stops to allow people to join us along the way.
This is not a race. This is a sociable run and we will leave no one behind. Come and hand have some fun and a chat

Hi, its emma, i am new in the goodgym community! I love running, and I will be attending this 29th January to run! Long time since I dont run but i would love to try. Is that the meeting point at 8:30 am?
Hi Emma, lovely to hear from you and welcome aboard! Yes, we'll be meeting at Manor House Station at 8:30am. This will be a social run and we'll run at a reasonable pace to accomodate all running abilities but don't feel like if you've started you'd have to finish. It's all fairly central so plenty of opportunities to jump on the train if you only fancy doing a chunk of the run on the day. Looking forward to meeeting you! E
Hi - are you planning to run a loop or a point to point? Just looking at cycling options to get there!
Hi Chris. It's not a loop, I'm afraid. We'll start from Manor House and finish near Highgate. Could send you the link to the route if helpful. Drop me a line if so
Hi, I've just signed up and looking forward to this. If it's readily available could you send me the route? Thanks
Hi, is it possible to do only half the distance?
I'll run the first 5k
@Sabrina Yes, of course. This is a group 'fun' run and you can drop off at any point. Halfway will be somewhere near Regents Park too!
@emily Yes, fun!
@Paul absolutely, this is the route. Although, I don't follow a GPS tracker so it is bound to change slightly on the day - https://www.plotaroute.com/route/2100877
unfortunately I can no longer make it, I hope that you all have a great run
Hey is anyone at the meeting spot?
Hi, can i ask for the photos from Sunday?
