Giving blood saves lives. The blood you give is a lifeline in an emergency and for people who need long-term treatments.

The NHS needs 3 blood donations every minute to handle emergencies, child birth and critical treatments and blood stocks are critically low.

Whether you are a regular donor or have never donated before more details on eligibility and how to book a donation appointment can be found at https://www.blood.co.uk

Give blood, plasma or platelets on any day in the month of July, send me a pic and I'll add it to the report and secure your good deed :)

How are you getting there?
