This week we ran another Tabata session which involves completing 20 seconds of intense work followed 10 seconds of rest. We had 4 sets this week using all areas of the body and then a final 'burn' set where we worked all 4 areas of the body one final time.
We like to keep things fresh and interesting and this week we introduced several new exercises that we haven't used before. Some of these were 'Charlie's Angels' (lunging while keeping your hands clasped out in front to keep your core engaged) and 'all around the world lunges' (first a side lunge, then a a reverse lunge followed by a curtsy lunge).
