Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Report written by Benjamin Annear
After having already completed two group runs we just hadn't had enough! Now it was time for group run #3!
We all ran to Samye and were joined with EVEN MORE GoodGym runners.
TEAM 1: Emma, Aimee, Ellen, and Mikey got to sorting through old materials, throwing some out and piling up old carpet tiles! Strong arms runners have - Yoda Talk
TEAM 2: Welsh Dave (Secret; he isn't Welsh but you wouldn't believe it!), Emma, Jo, Lucy, Martin, Eleri and Tom all began painting the upstairs walls. Paint they must - Even more Yoda Talk
It was all so much fun that Ben could not resist getting stuck in. Fortunately Mikey is also a GoodGym run leader. They swapped roles and Mikey went around taking photos of runners... He was in his element!!
RIDDLE DIDDLE DO, HERE IS A RIDDLE FOR YOU! Ben challenged everyone to work out this riddle
Two fathers and two sons walk into a candy store. They each buy something for 0.50p but they only spent £1.50. How is that possible?
Comment your answer below... The answer will be announced at Tuesdays group run!
After 45 minutes the runners had finished! A HUGE tower of carpet tiles were now by the entrance to Samye having been moved from the first floor.
Lorraine could not believe how much we got done!
Lorraine was amazed "Thank you so much" she said with a huge smile on her face. We all then sat down in the front room of the Samye centre and ate biscuits whilst Lorraine shared with us the journey of the Samye Centre renovations to date.
