The Community HospiceThe Community Hospice is holding a it's first event Fun Day in Avery Hill Park on Saturday 20 September - a family day of community, entertainment and support. There will be live music, food and drink, crafts, bouncy castles, games, competitions and fun, and they've asked us to lend a hand with setting up things up!

It's all to raise funds for their amazing provision for residents of Bexley and Greenwich, and we are always happy to be able to support them.
Ok, we know it is an early start for a Saturday morning but it is perfectly placed for Avery Hill parkrun - a GoodGym credit AND a parkrun credit, all before 10amπ!
We need to arrive at 7.30am to help with unpacking the van, putting up gazebos and setting up bits for the stalls. Then at 8.30am, anyone who wants to can head across the park to parkrun for a nice 5k run or walk and we can grab a coffee together afterwards.
The Fun Day starts at 11am so why not take some time to enjoy the activities too?

Meet at 7.30am at the cafe in Avery Hill Park, London SE9 2PQ, or at the area where you can see the event being set up. The Hospice team will be expecting you and they'll explain what they'd like you to do.
