Last night, 7 brave GoodGymers braved the blustering winds to help The Stockport Post community newspaper to reach the houses of Cheadle Heath.

We welcomed the return of two newbies - Sally and Peter, along with some regular faces.

We warmed up with a 1km loop, before setting off to our delivery destination, chatting along the way.

In a flash, the delivery was done, mission achieved and it was home to base!
