22 runners returned to Larkhall Park to finish weeding the paving. Three brilliant runners won October's Shit Prize of the Month (SPOTM) and were given JAMES BOND DVDs. In honour of this, our run report is full of JB-based puns. You're welcome

Well what an evening, firstly, congratualtions to the winners of Lambeth's Shit Prize of the Month (rules being, anything Katie gets her hands on for free as the prize), who each got a James Bond DVD, all Pierce Brosnan numbers, chosen for being some of the worst JB films by popular opinion - Tim for doing his first coach run to visit an isolated older person, Izzy for clocking up her 75th good deed last night and Miss Runnypenny herself, Rebecca Nellis for hitting 190 good deeds.

After a head count we jogged on down to Larkhall Park to complete the weeding job we started last week. We won't be going back because, as we all know, you only weed twice. Whilst last week the pavings may have been described as bushy galore with overgrown foliage, after spending some time with our Casino Trowels we can happily say that now, after a good old tidy up the world is not in-earth anymore.

This is an odd job! Said Tom Benson, one of our quantum of soilists

Alongside our gardening task, Katie - recently renamed Doctor No Fun - also had a view to drill and was planning on testing the lunging daylights out of her group. Last week we had done sprint and speed drills, so this week we focussed on the core. We carried out walking lunges, bicycle crunches and single leg squats, plus some sprints and press ups.

Live and let me die!!! Exclaimed John Hunter, having performed one squat too many

After a good tidy up, we headed back to base where our star baker Jay served up some delicious baked goods after Bake Off's tragic loss of Selasi last week. And here endeth our run report. Signing off From Larkhall with Love
