Leicestershire Run-opoly

A few years back the board game Monopoly started selling regional versions, mainly because everyone in the world already had the original version and they needed something to sell I suspect.

Can you complete the Leicestershire version on runs/walks/cycles before Xmas? If the whole board is a bit of a stretch, see how many sets you can complete? Can we complete the whole board between the group?
