Get outside, get some fresh air, and give your local area a spruce up. It's always surprising how much litter there is scattered around and the quantity that can be collected in a short amount of time!

You can complete this task in your own time and in a place of your choice over the weekend. But why not arrange to meet up with a friend or Goodgym member and include a litter pick on a walk or run (plog!). There may be other team members interested in joining you so feel free to share the time/location of your litter pick on the Merton Goodgym Whatsapp group and encourage others to get involved.

Then send any photos in the WhatsApp group (or directly to me) to make sure you get a mention in the report!
