This will have a massive impact on her emotional wellbeing given the physical restraints she has had to deal with.

Date and time
10:00 - 11:30West London NHS Trust has asked if we can help Mrs L who requires some assistance to rearrange items around her lounge to make it more habitable for her. She has been an inpatient in Ealing Hospital a number of times due to frequent falls at home and difficulties with breathing in line with conditions around COPD. She was recently discharged from hospital and has support from carers and district nurses. Mrs L resides alone, but is very limited in her mobility and requires support when mobilising and maintaining her safe transfers.
Mrs L recently had support from her landlord (Ealing Council) to install a wet room and upgrade her kitchen however her lounge is somewhat cluttered, and she needs help from 2 volunteers to move items around her flat, bring down a table and chairs from upstairs, place her old sofa in garden and move the hospital bed to the other side of her lounge (bed does not need dismantling in this instance).
We have been assured that there is no evidence of any infestation although sofa that needs to be removed has some staining on it. The referrer has indicated that PPE can be provided as a precaution.
Mrs L's daughter will be available to provide access and direct the task.
