Four good gymers fitted in a task just before kick off for the England semi final. We joined Bablu from trapped in zone one and resident graffiti artist Alex to paint two railway arches ahead of them having the art work added. For such a small team we had two milestones - Ivy on her fiftieth task and Grit on her tenth. Emma arrived early and got stuck in painting the first arch green, and then was joined by Ivy, Grit and Stephen. There was only one can of green paint but we just about eked out to cover the whole surface. We did this in double quick time and then dashed over to the next arch which we were painting white, this time with plenty of paint going spare. This wall was much more challenging with very rough surfaces in the bottom half which required painting by brush rather than slapping on using the roller.
