This week was our final meet at Urban Reef before we move start/finish locations. The sun was out and we sucked in the sea air before running towards Bournemouth Pier and up the toughest zigzag of them all.

Our route took us to the bright lights of the Lansdowne and over to St Swithuns Road to see our lovely pal Mark at Hope Housing. This housing charity have asked for our help several times as they have a humungous garden space that needs some love.

Was great to see the garden in the daylight - our efforts so far have made it look fab!

The gang were split in two, with one group moving the earth....literally. The other group had to clear a shed ready for demolition. It was hard work!! Pulling out all manner of bits and bobs from Christmas trees to furniture. The latter had to be broken up and put in the skip. We really were worked hard!

As ever though, we got a 'shed' load done (haha) and Mark mentioned this would have taken him up to 3 days to do himself!!! He gave us a quick tour of the school area, where there are super classrooms for teaching teens who cannot cope with mainstream school. Such a great charity and we were pleased to be asked back.

Our run back was the quick dash along to the Chine Gardens and back to the pier.

Reminder!!!! We are meeting at our new location new week. Flirt Cafe in the Triangle.

Thanks all - see you soon....
