//The January Challenge – Liverpool!

January is the month for new year’s resolutions, new starts and good intentions! So we’re hitting the ground running (or walking, or cycling) with a whole bunch of extra sessions aimed to satisfy the usual resolutions of being healthier, getting fitter, making new friends, doing something good in the world, and getting to know our communities better! You’ll find a whole variety of sessions this January, so if you’re a regular GoodGymer, someone who hasn’t been in a while, or a brand new member looking to try out what we do, there will be something to get you going for 2025. Have a look through all the listings, and if you are new to GoodGym, welcome, we look forward to meeting you!

Running Up That Hill

Are you ready to practice walking/running up some inclines? The idea is to practice some gradients so that they are not be feared and that running up that hill or walking becomes easier and more enjoyable!

We would take in some of the famous bread streets and the Herculaneum/Dockers steps in the Dingle. The route would includes inclines and then some rests in-between.

So the plan is to meet at Sefton Park near lark lane at 6:30pm
